How much is delivery?

We charge a standard fee of R99.00 on orders with a total of less than R1200.00. An order that is more than R1200.00 (after promotional vouchers have been deducted) is delivered free of charge (does not incur any delivery charges).
Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can post your parcel to the nearest post office. This may incur an additional surcharge.
- We deliver to all physical addresses located in major cities within South Africa. We do not deliver internationally. Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can post your parcel to the nearest post office.
- Once you have checked out & completed your online payment on our website, our dispatch team will need to prepare goods for you. We will issue you with a parcel tracking number as soon as your goods have been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your parcel. Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will take between 5 - 7 working days. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will only be delivered will only be delivered the next week as The Courier Guy couriers do not deliver on weekends.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
- Our courier will attempt to deliver again and thereafter make contact with you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
What are your delivery times?
- Our deliveries are made from 09h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.
What if my order arrives damaged?
- If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realize that the package is damaged, please follow our Return Policy.
Can I change my Shipping address?
- You can change your delivery/shipping address only if your order has not already been dispatched.
